Rentals & equipment
What equipment do you rent?+
Mobility scooters, manual wheelchairs, lift chairs, knee scooters, rollator walkers, hospital beds, shower chairs, bedside commodes, and other home accessibility gear. If you don't see it on the site, call us — we keep specialty items in stock too.
How clean is the equipment?+
Every rental is sanitized between uses with hospital-grade disinfectant and inspected for safe operation. Soft surfaces are replaced or steam-cleaned.
Do you require a prescription?+
Not for most rentals. Hospital beds and specialty medical equipment may require basic care details so we deliver the right setup.
Delivery & service area
Where do you deliver?+
Anywhere in Greater Los Angeles — including LAX, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, DTLA, Pasadena, Long Beach, and surrounding areas. Same-day delivery on most weekday requests.
Do you deliver to LAX?+
Yes — curbside drop-off and pickup at every LAX terminal with at least 24 hours notice. We also serve Burbank and John Wayne airports.
Is there a delivery fee?+
Standard delivery within LA County is included. Long-distance or same-hour requests may incur a small fee — we'll always tell you up front.
Booking & payment
Can I extend or shorten my rental?+
Yes — extensions are easy, just give us a call. Early returns receive prorated credit when possible.
Do you take a deposit?+
We collect a 25% refundable deposit at booking and the balance at delivery. You can also pay the full rental amount up front.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
All major credit cards via secure Stripe checkout, as well as ACH for hotel partner accounts.

Call our 24/7 hotline. We typically swap a unit within a few hours anywhere in LA County.
What if I need help with setup?+
Our delivery team will set up and demo every piece of equipment when we drop it off. We're also reachable by phone whenever you need a hand.
